We also offer residential and commercial loans under HSM Finance, for current property owners or those who wish to enter the market. We offer property management services, under HSM Management, for owners of residential and commercial properties.
We are a real estate company working with Bay Area cities, developers, and the entire community to meet the diverse housing needs of this rich and vibrant region. We are a family owned company carrying on the tradition started by our grandmother, Bertha E. Flemming.
