Tracy Dearman

Ms. Dearman is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and notary. She serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for sales and marketing of HSM Inc. which offers real estate finance, property management and real estate sales. She brings a breath of experience and skills to the organization. Coupled with her leadership and management skills she been the driving force in the growth, increased sales and success of HSM.

Ms. Dearman has over ten years experience in urban real estate, including property management and real estate finance. Ms. Dearman recognized the urgent need for a resource in the expanding working class community hence the founding of SF URBAN CHC, a non profit organization offering financial literacy to income first time homebuyers in San Francisco. She helped develop and she teaches a credit counseling system that has enabled first time home buyers to achieve their dream of home ownership. The curriculum is the basis for the skills taught in credit repair and home ownership courses.

She is an action oriented decision maker with strengths in problem solving, strategic planning and negotiation. She has her Masters in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, CA. She worked at Wells Fargo Bank in Business Banking and recently left Levi Strauss where she was a manager in Product Sourcing responsible for negotiating favorable terms with production contractors with respect to placement and production of Levi Strauss products in North America and Latin America and Canada.

In the 90s, Ms. Dearman worked in management for Levi Strauss & Co. While there she was a product manager for a 50 million unit business. This position required extensive travel in the Americas and supervision of her staff. Ms. Dearman’s financial expertise was also honed at Wells Fargo Bank where she worked as a business banker.

Ms. Dearman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology/physiology from San Francisco State University and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from California Polytechnic State University. Currently, Ms. Dearman is a member of the Black Chamber of Commerce, the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, a member of the SF Chamber Small Business Advisory Committee, The HNHS Principals Advisory, a member of the executive team of the the Oakland Tech High School PTSA .

Ms. Dearman is a native of San Francisco and still resides in the Bay Area with her three children. She enjoys hiking, cycling, jogging, travel and the pursuit of fun, learning and happiness.

Jerald Joseph

Jerald Joseph is the senior VP of Sales and Marketing of Property Management of HSM. Mr. Joseph joined HSM in 2008 from the one of the world’s largest and most successful rental car business, Enterprise-Rent-A Car. During his fifteen year career at Enterprise-Rent-A Car, Jerald held positions as Regional Recruiting Manager and Area Rental Manager. He holds many sales and profit records with the ability to develop and mentor his employees to an award winning sales team. One of his most memorable awards was that of top performing Area Manager for thirteen straight years. Even though his financial statistics, growth curve and profitability are quite impressive it is his dedication to the entrepreneurial ethic, marketing, and customer service that most distinguishes Jerald from others. His proven experience in leadership, strategic planning, customer service, contracts negotiations, tactical and effective sales and marketing execution has been exemplified at HSM. He has built relationships with vendors, the HSM team and has helped us develop a winning track record of growing and retaining satisfied clients.

Jerald holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance. He is the President of the Board of the LaSalle Height Homeowners Association, and the Bayview Opera House. He is the treasurer of the 94124 Art Gallery, Board member of the Arts 94124 Committee, He has served as Vice President of the Mission Merchant Association, board member of the Enterprise Diversity Counsel and President of the board of the Enterprise Black Business Advisory Board
