EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Ms. Dearman serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. She is a licensed California real estate Broker with over twenty years’ experience in Real Estate. She brings a wealth of experience and skills to the organization that has been the driving force in the growth and success of HSM. She is an action-oriented decision maker with strengths in problem solving, strategic planning and negotiation. Ms. Dearman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology/physiology from San Francisco State University and a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from California Polytechnic State University. Ms. Dearman is a member of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, The California Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, The Property Managers Association and various volunteer organizations, as well as a founding member of SF Urban CHC.

Mr. Joseph is the President of of Property Management and comes to us from one of the world’s largest and most successful rental car businesses, Enterprise-Rent-A Car. During his fifteen-year career at Enterprise-Rent-A Car, Jerald held positions as Regional Recruiting Manager and Area Rental Manager. Even though his financial statistics, growth curve and profitability are quite impressive it is his dedication to the entrepreneurial ethic, marketing, and customer service that most distinguishes Jerald from others. He brings proven experience in leadership, strategic planning, customer service, contracts negotiations, tactical and effective sales and marketing execution to the HSM team. He is a relationship builder with an exceptional track record in developing, growing, and retaining satisfied clients. Jerald holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance. He was one of the founding members of the 94124 Art Gallery, and President of the board of the Bayview Opera House.

Jeff is the Vice President of Property Management at HSM. He oversees the management staff and property portfolio, and works with the executive team on business development initiatives. His primary focus is the long-term success of HSM through fair and efficient business practices. Jeff is continually working on ways to improve how we do business and serve our clients. He attributes our growth and longevity to a staff this is committed to providing excellent service on a daily basis. "We go the extra mile to meet our client's needs and do our best to exceed their expectations." In addition, Jeff is dedicated to making sure that our clients maintain compliance with the Davis Stirling Act and CA Civil Code. Prior to joining HSM, he completed more than 80 reserve studies as a reserve study analyst. This distinct experience has greatly informed his approach to budget preparation, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, and initiating corrective action. Jeff holds a BA in Communication Studies from Cal State Sacramento and is involved in various Bay Area community outreach programs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Staci, visiting their families in the Central Valley, and going to live music and sporting events.

Hao is a Senior Property Manager at HSM. He manages a large portfolio of properties and oversees the accounting department. Hao provides excellent customer service to our clients. He always tries his best to resolve matters quickly and correctly. He is knowledgeable in Accounting and in software programs such as QuickBooks and all Microsoft Office products. Hao has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University. He joined HSM Property Management in 2019 as a Property Manager.
