The HSM Emergency Maintenance call number is (415) 431-7655.  When you call this number please follow the prompts so that you are connected to the appropriate contractor that can service your emergency need.

Possible Maintenance emergencies may be:

​

• No heat or hot water.  For this emergency you will follow to prompts and dial 1 to contact to Bay City Mechanical or call (510) 233-7000.

• Garage door or gate not closing. For this emergency you will follow the prompts and dial 2 to connect to R & S Services or call (415) 981-7590.

• Entrance door not closing or a lock- out issue.  For this emergency you will need follow the prompts and dial 3 to connect to Warman Security or call (415) 766-0359.

• Unstoppable water leak or flooding.  For this emergency follow the prompts and dial 4 to connect to ACE Plumbing or call (650) 992-6333.

• Power Outage or Electrical Issue.  For this emergency you will need to hang up and dial (800) 743-5000 to call PG&E.

• If your emergency is not covered by one of the options above you can dial 5 to connect to a Property Manager.

 

If the emergency is a fire, criminal activity at your building or is life threatening, please call

9-1-1.
